Daffodil Mulligan, the daughter of Biddy Mulligan, a legendary Irish street seller. Immortalised in a song by Dublin folk band, Lankum, the restaurant represents sweet Daffodil Mulligan's earthy spirit. Fresh fish!
Owned by Michelin Star Chef Richard Corrigan, expect the very best of British and Irish produce, served fresh off the grill.
Fresh off the Grill
On our menu, find a blend of Irish and international flavours, cuts of meat, fish and vegetables off the grill, as well as raw seafood and hearty dishes. Dishes curated by Head Chef Fiona Hannon and Chef Patron Richard Corrigan, you're in for a treat.

How do I book at Gibney's Bar?
Bookings can be made online for an area at Gibney’s Bar for groups of 15 or more. This does not ensure seats for all guests, but rather an area to gather. We can also offer private, semi-private and booth hires, please get in touch with our events team to discuss this using this form.
Do you allow dogs?
We have an open kitchen upstairs at Daffodil Mulligan so aren’t able to accept dogs unfortunately!
How does the menu work?
We have a mixture of small and large plates. You’re welcome to order traditionally or our personal favourite sharing; there are no rules! View our menus today.

Are you open on Sunday's?
Daffodil Mulligan and Gibney's are shut most Sundays - unless a special occasion or big game! Check our Google listing for up to date hours.
